Why We Edit Our Podcast
The other day I mentioned to a friend that I had to get to The Coffee Break to edit the podcast (Today In Perspective). She said, “Why do you edit? Isn’t it just like a radio show?”
The answer is no, it’s not like a radio show. Why? Well, the biggest reason is that we don’t use a script, we think on our feet, and, most importantly, this isn’t our full-time job, so sometimes we’re tired from all our other stuff.
What is it that I’m editing? Here’s a prime example from this week’s show.
